Refund Policy

Goods will only be accepted for refunds if they are not what was ordered. The product is designed to Bio-degrade and has a limited shelf life. Claims for premature failure will not be accepted. Laying and storage procedures must be observed.

Transport and Logistics

Our bio range of ag film can be transported all over the country and beyond. We will organise the logistics of this using our preferred carriers, or your own if you wish. Freight costs will added to your account unless other arrangements are made prior to despatch.

Australian Bioplastics Mulch Film

Australian Bioplastics mulch film will not be returnable once it has been opened or if damaged during transportation. Transportation damages will need to be claimed against the carrier.

Orders

Client orders will require a 50% deposit on order with the balance payable in full prior to despatch.
